These terms govern use of the SigWay marketing website and published documentation (for example index.html and gateway-api.html). They do not replace a signed agreement for software licensing, support, or professional services.
Software and services
SigWay USSD Gateway and related products are offered under separate commercial terms, order forms, and license agreements. Pricing on the website is indicative only until confirmed in writing.
Documentation
API and technical documentation is provided to help integrators use the product. It may be updated without notice. Behavior in production always follows the licensed software version you run and your configuration.
Disclaimer
Site content is provided “as is” for general information. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties that apply to website use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SigWay and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Total liability for any claim related to the site shall not exceed the amount you paid us specifically for access to this site in the twelve months before the claim (which is typically zero for a free informational site).
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse contact channels (for example spam, unlawful content, or attempts to disrupt systems). We may refuse or end conversations that violate this expectation.
